Senior Transaction Manager

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Manager to join the Munich team. You will take ownership of structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions across the renewables portfolio, working closely with investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders to deliver bankable projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of transactions for renewable energy projects, including M&A, joint ventures, and project financing.
• Develop and negotiate investment agreements, term sheets, and financing structures.
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
• Partner with technical, legal, and development teams to ensure bankability and optimise deal structures.
• Manage relationships with equity partners, lenders, and external advisors.
• Provide strategic insights on market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities in European renewables.

About You

• Proven success in project finance, M&A, or investment management.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling expertise.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with German and European renewable energy markets.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline (MBA a plus).
• Fluent in English; German language skills highly desirable.
