Principal Consultant – Energy Transactions

PACE is supporting a specialist recruitment business in the appointment of a Principal Consultant to join its Energy Transactions team in London.

This is an opportunity to join a growing business focused exclusively on the clean energy market, partnering with investors, developers, utilities and advisory firms across the energy transition. As demand for specialist talent continues to increase, our client is looking to appoint an experienced recruitment professional to help grow its Energy Transactions practice.

The Role

As a Principal Consultant, you'll take ownership of a specialist market, building long term relationships with clients and candidates while delivering senior appointments across the energy transactions space.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent search assignments
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients across the clean energy sector
• Identifying and engaging senior professionals within the Energy Transactions market
• Winning and delivering retained and contingent search assignments
• Providing market intelligence and talent insights to clients
• Supporting the continued growth of a specialist recruitment practice
