Our client is a leading organisation delivering one of the most exciting clean-energy programmes anywhere in the world. They are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support engineering teams in the development of key technical documentation, project deliverables, and cross-functional communication. This role plays a vital part in maintaining project momentum, ensuring quality, and enhancing collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.


The Role

Working closely with engineering leadership, you will support the coordination of technical publications, project documentation, meeting workflows, and partner engagement. The successful candidate will help streamline processes, maintain project schedules, and ensure the smooth flow of information between engineering groups and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineering managers and project leaders in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.
  • Assist with the development of technical documents including specifications, reports, manuals, procedures, and presentations.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track follow-up actions, and document outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed project records, schedules, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet required timelines, quality standards, and compliance expectations.
  • Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and milestones.
  • Organise and maintain digital and physical files for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the development of more efficient collaboration practices.
  • Assist in identifying project issues and support mitigation strategies.
  • Support adherence to industry and organisational quality, safety, and documentation standards.


About You

  • Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience in a business or project environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to modify/create PDFs.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using project management tools and software.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in technical writing or documentation within engineering, technology, or quality assurance.
  • Experience creating presentations using varied technical sources.
  • Ability to liaise across multiple teams and geographic locations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support high-performing teams.
