Investment Manager

PACE is supporting a leading clean energy investment platform in the appointment of an Investment Manager to join its expanding team in Hamburg.

Our client is actively investing across renewable energy and energy transition infrastructure, with a strong pipeline of projects throughout Europe. As investment activity continues to accelerate, they are looking to strengthen their investment team with an experienced professional who can support the identification, evaluation and execution of new opportunities.

The Role

As an Investment Manager, you'll work across the full investment lifecycle, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to help deliver high quality infrastructure investments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and evaluating investment opportunities across the clean energy sector
• Building and reviewing financial models and commercial analysis
• Supporting transaction execution, due diligence and negotiations
• Preparing investment committee materials and recommendations
• Monitoring portfolio performance and supporting value creation initiatives
• Working closely with advisers, developers and investment partners throughout the investment process

Who We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with professionals who have:

• Experience within infrastructure investments, renewable energy, private equity, investment banking or asset management
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Experience supporting or leading investment transactions
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial judgement
• A genuine interest in clean energy and the energy transition
