Aidan Dodgson

I have always had a deep love and passion for the natural world and environment, fuelled by too many adolescent days mountain biking in the English countryside. And coming from a family of psychologists, counsellors and medical engineers, I have also felt a responsibility to have a positive impact on the world and people around me.

After studying Engineering, I knew the sector I wanted to work in, but also knew Engineering wasn’t for me.

Renewable Energy recruitment has given me the perfect platform to both positively impact the environment through the advancement of the clean energy sector, and equally to have a positive impact on the lives of candidates, clients, and those I work alongside.

Through PACE we believe we are creating an environment for us and our staff to continue to perform at the best of their ability and so have that positive impact on the planet and the people they interact every day.
