A leading Renewable Energy company is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a site manager for Onshore Wind projects across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects and make a real impact in the fight against climate change.
As a site manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the construction and operation of onshore wind farms
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with project teams to coordinate activities
- Manage subcontractors, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy sector.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A relevant degree in engineering or construction management
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals
- Experience working on onshore wind projects in Europe is highly desirable.
