Project Manager/ Blade Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager/Blade Supervisor to join a leading onshore wind energy company in the United States. 


Role Overview:

As a Project Manager/Blade Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and execution of blade repair and inspection campaigns. Your expertise will ensure that projects adhere to schedules, maintain quality standards, and stay within budget. You will coordinate and supervise on-site manpower and resources, ensuring seamless project activities. Regularly, you will generate and present reports to the management team, providing insights and updates on project progress.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of blade repair and inspection campaigns.
  • Strive to maintain project schedules and timelines.
  • Conduct quality control audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Manage project costs, including monitoring and validating contractor timesheets.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site manpower and resources.
  • Generate and present periodic reports to the management team.
  • Follow established processes and perform operational and departmental tasks as required.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • PMP certification is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites 100% of the time.
  • Driving is an essential function of the job.
