We're looking for a Senior HSE Advisor for Onshore Wind projects in Sweden. This is a 1-year contract, with an immediate start.
As a Senior HSE Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained across all onshore wind projects. This involves conducting risk assessments, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Proven expertise in onshore wind projects, with a strong understanding of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing and guiding teams towards best practices.
- Relevant qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environment, such as NEBOSH or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is an advantage but not essential.
