Project Manager

We are currently seeking a experienced Wind Project Manager.

This is a permanent position offering a hybrid work arrangement with exciting opportunities to work on cutting-edge wind energy projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate wind energy construction projects from planning through execution
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality requirements
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors on-site
  
• Maintain high standards of ethical conduct and compliance throughout all project phases

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electronics or a related technical field
  
• 5+ years of experience in wind energy construction or similar infrastructure projects
  
• Solid knowledge of electricity, hydraulic power, and wind turbine technologies
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend time on-site as project needs dictate
• Strong understanding of construction management processes and regulations
  
• Commitment to integrity, safety, and quality in all aspects of work
  

Eligibility:

• Must be eligible to work in the EU
• Must speak Romanian
