Junior Transaction Manager

PACE is supporting a clean energy advisory firm in the appointment of a Junior Transaction Manager – M&A to join its team in Hamburg.

Our client advises across renewable energy and energy transition transactions, supporting clients through the acquisition, sale and financing of clean energy assets. As activity across the market continues, they are looking to appoint a junior transaction professional to support M&A processes across Europe.

The Role

This position will support senior transaction professionals across the full deal lifecycle, from initial market analysis through to execution and completion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting buy side and sell side M&A transactions across clean energy assets
• Assisting with financial analysis, valuation and transaction materials
• Coordinating due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisers
• Preparing presentations, teasers, information memoranda and process documentation
• Conducting market, company and asset level research
• Supporting client communication throughout live transactions

Who We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with professionals who have:

• Experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment banking or renewable energy advisory
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• An interest in clean energy and infrastructure transactions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset
