Fund Manager

PACE is supporting a leading clean energy investment platform in the appointment of a Fund Manager to join their Hamburg office.

Our client is an established investor across renewable energy and energy transition infrastructure, with a growing European portfolio. With continued capital deployment and portfolio expansion, they are seeking an experienced fund professional to oversee financial performance and investor reporting across their infrastructure vehicles.

This is a senior, commercially focused role at the heart of a scaling clean energy investment platform.

The Role

As Fund Manager, you will take responsibility for the financial oversight and performance management of one or more clean energy infrastructure funds. You will work closely with the investment and asset management teams to ensure accurate reporting, strong governance and optimal capital management.

This position offers exposure across the full fund lifecycle, from capital deployment through to optimisation and exit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fund level financial performance, forecasting and liquidity planning
• Manage NAV calculations, valuations and quarterly reporting processes
• Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors and tax advisors
• Monitor capital calls, distributions and investor allocations
• Support refinancing and portfolio optimisation initiatives
• Lead preparation of investor reports, board materials and LP communications
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met across jurisdictions

About You

• 6-8+ years’ experience within infrastructure funds, renewable energy investment, private equity or project finance
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
• Experience managing fund reporting and institutional investor communications
• Understanding of European renewable energy markets
• High level of commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Fluent in English and German
