Site Manager

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our Renewables team in Italy for the construction of utility-scale solar projects.

Your role will encompass:

• Studies deeply project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders and subcontract requisitions
• Reports project progress to the Project Manager
• Oversees, with the help of site engineers, subcontractor's installation works
• Reports daily about the material received onsite
• Liaise, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange the material deliveries
• Manage the site facilities from a technical and administrative point of view. Rent offices, provide the necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), organize cleaning activities stipulating contract with local suppliers
• Liaise with DL and CSE where necessary
• Be nominated as safety responsible of the site (“preposto alla sicurezza”)

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum 5 years working experience as site manager within construction
• University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD
• Leadership and negotiation skills
• Attention to details
• Willingness to relocate
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
