Site Manager

An exciting contract awaits Site Managers in Germany, starting in November 2024. This role offers the chance to lead a pivotal project in constructing a PV plant and substation, contributing to the green energy revolution.

The position is a 12+ month contract, providing a stable and rewarding engagement. As a Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the project’s success.

Candidates must be fluent in German and hold EU citizenship. This requirement ensures seamless communication and compliance with local regulations, facilitating a smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating and supervising on-site activities

- Managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project specifications

- Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

- Problem-solving and addressing any issues that arise during construction

Essential skills and experience:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager in large-scale construction projects, preferably within the renewable energy sector

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

- Excellent communication abilities in German

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
