The company’s Large Networks division delivers turnkey high-voltage transmission line projects, covering everything from procurement to full construction management.

 

Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Safety and Health Protection Coordinators (SiGeKo) and Occupational Safety Specialists (SiFa/FaSi) for a long-term infrastructure project based in the Frankfurt, Hanau, and Heilbronn regions. This is a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects supporting Germany’s energy transition.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Inspections & Safety Assessments: Conduct regular site visits across national construction projects to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
  • Audit Management: Lead internal audits and assist with external audits in accordance with ISO 45001 and related frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in technical meetings and safety committees, actively driving the improvement of site safety practices.


Your Profile

  • Certified under the Construction Site Ordinance (BauStellV) as a SiGeKo, SiFa, or FaSi.
  • Strong understanding of German occupational safety regulations, including DGUV Regulation 1.
  • Previous experience in safety coordination within construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Germany.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

  • Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 per annum.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (40 hours/week), with 30 days’ annual leave.
