Role Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Management: Oversee the supply, jointing, termination, and testing of array cables, ensuring compliance with HV Cable standards.
  • Technical Interface Leadership: Provide technical input across cable packages and coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Supplier Design Verification: Evaluate and verify supplier designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
  • Project Audits & Quality Assurance: Participate in QHSE audits, define inspection/testing activities (e.g., FAT, SAT), and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Documentation & Handover: Prepare project manuals, quality activity schedules, and handover documents for Operations and Maintenance (O&M).


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in engineering management, particularly in overseeing array cable projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HV Cable standards and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance to stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Experience in supplier design verification and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in preparing comprehensive project documentation and handover materials.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship will be provided.
