Key Responsibilities:
- Directing the execution of large-scale CAPAC EPC projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Overseeing financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
- Maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of managing CAPAC EPC projects with budgets over 500 million EUR.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Robust understanding of carbon capture technologies and environmental regulations.
- Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications.
