Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of wind energy projects from inception through to completion.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact analyses.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and local communities.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee permitting processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in wind project development.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
