- Position: Onshore Construction Supervisor for HOW03 HVDC Onshore Substation
- Start Date: 6th January 2025
- End Date: 30th November 2025

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onshore substation construction manager in monitoring and supervising Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, quality control, project progress, and documentation on-site.
- Collaborate with EPC contractors to ensure project milestones are met and standards are upheld.
- Provide technical guidance and adapt to evolving project needs, ensuring seamless operations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant construction or commissioning work, particularly in onshore substation projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated technical strength in construction supervision, with the ability to adapt to project demands.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work well within a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communication: Strong English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
