HSE Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures on-site.
• Conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Providing training and support to site personnel on HSE practices and emergency procedures.
• Investigating incidents and accidents, and preparing detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an HSE Technician, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, particularly in onshore wind projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of delivering training and guidance effectively.
• Relevant certifications in health, safety, and environmental management.
