HSE Manager

One of our client in Sweden is seeking a HSE Manager to join their onshore wind project. This role offers an immediate start and a unique rotation schedule of three weeks on, one week off, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HSE activities on the onshore wind project site.
• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and support to site personnel.
• Liaise with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous but not essential.
