HSE Manager

As an HSE Manager, your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive HSE plans, quality plans, and other essential documentation to ensure the smooth operation of offshore wind projects. Your role will be pivotal in supporting project management teams with HSE-related activities, particularly focusing on the unique challenges of offshore operations.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will represent HSE matters in meetings and negotiations with authorities, clients, and suppliers. This will include conducting offshore site visits, where your expertise will be crucial in ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Proven experience in HSE management, preferably within the offshore wind or similar industries.

- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent HSE matters effectively in various settings.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Relevant qualifications in HSE or a related field.

- Must be based in Germany 

- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
