Role Overview:

As an HSE Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across Solar PV plant projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in safeguarding the well-being of all personnel and maintaining the integrity of the project sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective safety measures.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programmes.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
