Nigel Peters

My interest in renewables started at the age of 13, having been surrounded by solar and hydro-energy growing up. I then travelled to the far east to study environmental engineering and gained Ukrainian / Russian speaking skills. I began my career at a Private Maritime Security company where I was in charge of multiple vessels and had chances to go offshore for weeks at a time and since then I haven't looked back. We’d supported various renewable energy clients, so when the chance arose to help them directly, I went for it and started my recruitment career.

As a 360 consultant I work to help the transition from oil and gas to renewables with multiple clients, offshore and onshore. There is a real satisfaction in seeing the impact of our work now and knowing that in decades' time we will have been a part of making a positive impact not only on the world but on every individual we have placed on a project.
