On International Day of Forests, we’re taking a moment to recognise their vital role and how we can help protect them.

The clean energy sector is leading the charge toward a greener future, and the talent we place is making it happen. But our responsibility goes beyond recruitment—we believe businesses should actively reduce their environmental impact.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Ecologi, an organisation dedicated to tackling climate change through reforestation and carbon offsetting.

Through this partnership, PACE helps fund global tree-planting and carbon reduction projects. For every hire we make, we plant a tree, directly contributing to reforestation efforts in areas most affected by deforestation, such as Madagascar, Kenya, and the Amazon.

Since teaming up with Ecologi, we’ve helped plant over 3,700 trees—a small but powerful step in restoring ecosystems, supporting biodiversity, and fighting climate change. These trees help absorb carbon, improve air quality, and protect wildlife, ensuring a healthier planet for future generations.
